House adjoining an old farm at Calhuac de Rulhe (Auzits), situated 500 m from the village of Rulhe, direction Auzits, and 3 km from Cransac les Thermes. Capacity 4 to 6 people.
The ground floor comprises: an entrance that opens directly into the lounge, a kitchen equipped with a stainless steel sink, fridge-freezer, electric oven and gas hob, wall and floor mounted units, dishwasher - a lounge with sofa-bed, table, sideboard, fireplace with insert stove - a WC with washbasin. The first floor comprises: a shower room, a WC - 2 bedrooms with cupboards, a double bed and bed-side tables in one and two single beds in the other. Outside: covered terrace with wooden garden furniture - parking.
