This cheese is the story of a farm in organic agriculture with the preserved flora of its meadows, its fenil, its cereal crops.
It is the story of a herd of cows of simmental and Norman breed that lives at the rhythm of the seasons between pasture and stable of another time. Finally it is our story with the will to offer on your table an entirely natural tomme several times awarded, which slowly matured in the darkness of a cellar in the very heart of this farm.
