On the very sunny limestone plateaux overlooking the Tarn, upstream and downstream of Millau, the 32-hectare vineyard, once renowned to the point of supplying the Table des Papes in Avignon, is experiencing a great revival. The whites equally associate mauzac and chenin, the reds and rosés combine as a base the freshness of gamay with the power of syrah.
From light and fruity wines to more robust wines with the character of the terroir in which they grow, you will find a varied and diversified range.
To discover: the appetizers: Calistou with walnuts, plum and rosé wine, and the flavor of plums where we find the unique and sweet flavor of the fruit.
