This family and tasty circuit runs throughout the Pays de Roquefort, a major site for the producing the «King of cheeses», and a land of wide open spaces marked by agro-pastoral tradition and medieval history.

This cycling tour is like a Roquefort tasting session: it offers a smooth start, and irresistibly all the character of the land permeates you! The Combalou scree – along with the visit to the ripening caves – the wild amphitheatre of Tournemire, the fort of Saint-Jean d'Alcas and the guided visit to the farm of Hermilix with its lavogne are beautiful excuses to put your foot down.
