A family-friendly and delightful route in the Pays du Roquefort, the heart of the “king of cheeses” production, a land of wide-open spaces shaped by agropastoral tradition and medieval history.

Like a tasting of Roquefort: the ride starts gently and, irresistibly, the full character of this land takes hold! The Combalou scree – with a visit to the aging caves – the wild Tournemire cirque, the Fort of Saint-Jean d’Alcas, the Hermilix farm (guided tour) and its lavogne are all excellent reasons to hop off your bike.
