Hydraulic flour watermill on the Riou Viou.
Watermill built in 1830 for flour production and working with the water of the Riou Viou. The water is channelled several hundred yards upstream of the mill and falls from 6m onto the paddle wheel - 3 pairs of millstones turned by a roudet wheel - a turbine, a 1910 electric motor - mechanical flour graders driven by hydraulic force. Projection about watermills. Possibility of picnicking.
