In keeping with the friendly, gourmet spirit that has made the place famous, Johanna and Charles have added their own personal touch: generous cuisine, a festive atmosphere and two distinct areas for a variety of pleasures.

As soon as you walk through the door, two worlds open up to you.

Downstairs is the restaurant, an elegant and welcoming room where the dishes tell stories of the local terroir and travel. Aubrac meats are combined with Mediterranean inspirations, the cooking is precise, the flavours are bold. Here, you take the time to savour, toast and share a real meal.

Upstairs, the tapas bar offers a change of atmosphere: soft lighting, music, laughter ringing out around the high tables. Platters are laden with charcuterie from Aveyron and local cheeses, tapas are served one after another, and house cocktails add colour to the evening. Here, we don't count the hours... we just enjoy ourselves.

And then there are the theme nights: a DJ set that takes you through the night, a gypsy evening where you live life to the fullest...
