Our cuisine gives pride of place to home-made dishes, highlighting the qualitative products from our Aveyron region. You can let yourself be tempted by our dishes based on Roquefort, Aveyron veal, Aubrac beef or even lamb sweetbreads or aligot.
We suggest finishing your meal with a trilogy of Roquefort, an assortment of Aveyron cheeses or one of our home-made desserts.
