Free visits and tastings. At the heart of the Aubrac, Jeune Montagne offer visits of its "fromagerie" and the fabrication of the AOC Laguiole cheese. Open every day of the year.
Free visit of the Fromagerie (cheese production). You will see a film that goes back to the origins of Fromage de Laguiole AOC and Aligot de l'Aubrac. From a gallery you will be able to see the fabrication workshops! You will be impressed by the cellar with its generations of Fromages de Laguiole lovingly watched over. In the tasting area you will be offered Fromages de Laguiole at different stages of maturing.
