Nesting in the heart of the old village of Laguiole, on the Tour des Monts d'Aubrac, this ensemble of houses used to be a convent, built in the 16th Century. After a renovation, the place became the Gîte de Laguiole and a bookshop. Bertrand and Laure will welcome you in this comfortable house where they have tried their best to preserve the existing building, its history and the pre-existing materials. The privileged situation of this site will fulfill all the wide-open spaces and the Aubrac landscapes amateurs...
The gîte owners welcome groups or individuals in eight bedrooms from two to five persons. A private bathroom, a courtyard, a sitting room, a fireplace and a kitchen on display. A 16th Century building recently renovated in the old Laguiole. An original and a remarkable place to stay and wander with its Bookshop and its grocery store that sells mainly organic food.
