This three-story timber-framed townhouse on a pedestrian street in the heart of the medieval town is located just around the corner from the main historic square, with its cafes, ancient arcades and massive church dating from 13th century.
The house has been elegantly and carefully restored, preserving the massive timbers and Renaissance doors.
Wherever possible, renewable resources aimed at creating an eco-home, have been used in the renovation including cotton insulation for the ceilings, lime-hemp walls and heating provided by a hydro wood burner.
The quiet and secure ground floor is provided with fast and free wifi, perfect for remote working. There is a writing desk, a sleigh bed, a wine cellar, separate toilet and a washing machine. The first floor offers two bedrooms, separated by a luxury bathroom with large bathtub.
The second floor, full of light, has an open, fully-fitted kitchen with sitting area hung with contemporary paintings.
Motorbike friendly with free and secure overnight parking provided upon request. Please let us know your requirements well in advance.
