A 15th-century home in the heart of Najac-en-Rouergue, passed down through generations and rediscovered.

This house has been part of our family history for several generations. Located in the heart of Najac-en-Rouergue, on Place du Faubourg, it left the family for a number of years before returning to us in 2021, with the desire to bring it back to life while preserving its original soul and character.

Today, Les Arcades du Faubourg is ready to welcome new memories in a warm and authentic atmosphere, combining historic materials, natural light and carefully selected details.

The house has a total living area of 162 m². A large south-facing balcony opens off the kitchen and living area. A grill is available for guests, as well as free Wi-Fi.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor features a spacious living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a SMEG range cooker, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, food processor, citrus juicer, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and Dyson vacuum cleaner.

There is also a large separate WC and a spacious lounge with three sofas and a large-screen TV.

The master suite features a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with a washbasin and a large walk-in shower.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor features a spacious attic bedroom of more than 20 m², with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and TV.

There is also a bathroom with a washbasin and large walk-in shower, a separate WC, and a dormitory-style bedroom with two bunk beds, sleeping four guests (90 × 200 cm each).

PARKING & AMENITIES

Free parking is available at Place du Faubourg, less than a five-minute walk from the house. An electric vehicle charging station is located next to the car park.

The village centre and its shops and amenities are just steps away, including a bakery, wine shop, grocery store, bar/tobacconist, tourist office, museum and restaurants.
