Rustic retreat! Welcoming house with a recently renovated kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher) on the raised ground floor. Enjoy the warmth of the wood stove/insert in the dining room equipped with a television and a sofa. A bright bedroom (1 double bed) and a separate toilet complete this level.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and a baby cot, and the other with 2 small beds. You'll also find a bathroom (with a bathtub).
Outside, a spacious 27m² enclosed terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and plancha invites you to enjoy sunny days. Covered parking is available.
