We will do our best to make your stay pleasant in our guesthouse located in the village of Aubrac, on the Aubrac Plateau (1365m alt.).
We will tell you the story of our Champagne, made in our family vineyard, 'the Maison Chauvet' founded in 1848, in Tours (Marne). After a long walk on the Aubrac Plateau, you'll enjoy wandering in our library or discovering our collection of contemporary photographic works. See you soon!
