Very nice restoration for this detached house located in the heart of an old farmhouse of the XVII / XVIII century, in the Aveyron valley, near Villefranche, in the middle of animals (chickens, donkeys ...) in the hamlet of Peyremorte.
Situated in the hamlet of Peyremorte, overlooking Villefranche de Rouergue, this independent house is part of the ensemble of buildings forming the courtyard of this old farm. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, this building was the school for the children of the hamlet that numbered 50 inhabitants at the time. We have converted and renovated it to welcome you. This gîte overlooks a field where donkeys, goats and chickens live peacefully. A large terrace enables you to enjoy the panoramic view (barbecue, garden furniture). On the ground floor: living room (air conditioned) equipped with a fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher, oven) open to the living room. On the first floor: a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (air conditioned) and a bathroom will allow you to have a well earned rest. Boudet - Villefranche de Rouergue.
