In the Viaur Valley, on the banks of the river, this stone country house offers a pleasant and rejuvenating stay. This detached house, accommodating up to 5 people, has its own enclosed and shaded garden.

Stone House
This detached house has a living area of 70 m². The enclosed 300 m² garden includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and a swing set. The ground floor comprises:
A large open-plan living area including the kitchen, living room, and dining room.
A lounge with a sofa, TV, and wood-burning stove.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, etc.
A separate utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and clothes drying rack.
A toilet.
Upstairs:
Two double bedrooms with 140 cm beds
One bedroom with a 110 cm bed.
A shower room with a toilet
Linens (sheets, towels, and tea towels) are available for rent. Beds are made upon arrival.
The property is private and secured by a gate, so you can park safely in the courtyard. It can accommodate five people.
