On the ground floor, laundry room with washing machine, a large bedroom, a large living space with American kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave and living room with TV, shower room and toilet.
On the ground floor veranda (not isolated) with dining area or play area, library, hi-fi system and south-facing terrace with gas barbecue. Small garden with aromatics. shared wifi.
Upstairs a bedroom with 2 single beds, landing and wardrobe, wc, facing south.
