GAEC de Terre Blanc Saint-Rome-de-Cernon

We have been farming dairy sheep since 1993 to produce milk for the Roquefort cheese. With 380 sheep of Lacaune breed. In 2010 we chose to work in organic farming.

To correspond to the pastoralism, since 2012 we transhumance the herd on a communal estive above the village of Roquefort for 3 months under the supervision of the shepherd.

Since 2014 we raise organic laying hens. We have an approved packing center which allows us to sell our eggs in local stores and local communities.

Sales in stores: Biocoop, La Vie Claire, Epicerie Del Païs and Lou Passou Bio in between seasons.
