A few years ago, men and women decided to create their own cheese factory to promote their only wealth: sheep's milk.
20 producers from Larzac and the Levezou mountains have come together to create a range of sheep cheeses with character! For this our tommes are matured in a natural cellar with 4 levels underground, which gives them a unique taste and floral crust! These are some 26 cheeses, 9 of which are from organic farming.
