"The estate is located in Saint Austremoine in the town of Salles-La-Source in the Marcillac valley. The plots of vines are planted on the hillside, on terraces when the slope becomes too steep. Le Mansois (Fer Servadou) is the king variety of the estate where it is 100% planted on clay-limestone soil. It was created in 1988 by Philippe, and in recent years, with the arrival of Olivier, his nephew, the vine area has been increased. , as is the range of wines on offer.
