Family estate, in Organic Farming since 2002, controlled by Ecocert and Demeter for bio-dynamic farming. Established on limestone soils, endowed with a mild Mediterranean climate, the slopes of Candas are one of the most beautiful expressions of the terroir of the CĂ´tes de Millau. All operations, from manual harvesting to bottling, are carried out at the Domaine.
