Between limestone plateaus and valleys, mountains and gorges, this route will introduce you to the 11 Most Beautiful Villages of Aveyron, including Estaing in the wonderful and verdant Lot Valley, Najac overlooking the Aveyron Gorges, or else Conques and its treasure...From high plateaus of Aubrac to the Tarn Gorges, this circuit covers the entire department. From medium to difficult level, this route alternates between challenges throughout the trip.

Stage :

You leave the Gorges du Tarn to go deeper into the Gorges de la Jonte. Overflown by many griffon vultures, a magnificent show awaits you. During this long journey, impressive viewpoints are discovered such as Mont Aigoual (sew view in good weather !). At the end of the day, you'll leave the mountains and gorges behind you to cycle easily across the Larzac plateau. A short round trip is required to visit the listed village of La Couvertoirade, a Templar city.
