An immersion in the heart of the production area of the king of cheeses: a landscape of plateaus, majestic cirques, and isolated hills that offers some challenging climbs… and stunning panoramas.

This loop is to the “Brebis’Cyclette” ride what a strong Roquefort is to a milder one. The ascent of the Saint-Affrique causse and the Col des Aiguières are the two main challenges of this route, dotted with attractive sites: the Tiergues dolmen, the aging caves, the Tournemire cirque, and the Fort of Saint-Jean d’Alcas—before a peaceful finale in the Sorgues valley.
