Visit of the village and heritage of Prévinquières
This medieval village, set high above the river Aveyron still has its three gates, dating from the Hundred Years War, which regulated the comings and goings of the inhabitants.
You can also see the square tower alongside the south gate, several old houses and the ruins of the little castle of Prévinquières (13th century) on the outskirts of the village. The village fell to the English in 1376 and had to be ransomed by the Count of Armagnac.
