Château Templier de la Couvertoirade La Couvertoirade Heritage

Established during the 13th century, this château is a listed Historic Monument, emblematic of the military order of the Templar, these Knights of Christ, monks and soldiers.
The château will unveil the different architectural periods of its past. The dungeon with its vaulted ceiling built on the rock offers you its "Knights Templar area" and you will enter the world of this illustrious and legendary religious and military order (armour, plans, iconographic documents). New for 2011!!! July and August: "Privileged visits": access to the public and private areas (farmyard, lower room of the château, Templar area, private apartment, Templar water tank...).
