Passionate about agriculture since his childhood, Jean-Pierre took over the family farm and created a herd of Aubrac cattle. Thanks to this breed of cows, which is recognised in Aubrac, hence its name, he won numerous prizes in competitions with the help of his son Jean-Baptiste.

Jean-Pierre, who is very warm and friendly and likes to be in contact with people, decided to transform his farmhouse into a restaurant where the cuisine is traditional and where he can share good times.
