For 58 years, this restaurant, full of charm and character, run by the same family, continues to delight its guests. It is situated in a superb, authentic setting, underlined by contemporary notes.
Under the stone vaults of the ancient ramparts, illuminated by the vast fireplace where the chef grills and burns in front of you, meat, fish and game pieces that will delight your taste buds. Land and sea entrances are in the spotlight and we also offer vegetarian dishes. The many homemade desserts are also partying and beautifully presented. The wine list includes wines from Languedoc, from the Côtes de Millau and is full of good "finds".
