No visit of the Aubrac is complete without visiting its Forge de Laguiole.
The FORGE DE LAGUIOLE company was created to bring the Laguiole knife back to life in its birth place. The ENTREPRISE DU PATRIMOINE VIVANT (Living Heritage Company) label is a real reference to this. Here, each model is hand assembled, adjusted and finished. Great names are involved in our knife making: Philippe Starck, Ora Ïto, Andrée Putman, Hermès, Sonia Rykiel, ... great chefs such as Michel Bras and Anne-Sophie Pic dress their tables with them. The Forge de Laguiole can be visited in its entirety every day.
