The villa "les mimosas" is located in a very quiet location facing the village Les Albres. You will find calm, friendliness, comfort and relaxation. The villa overlooks our 1,5HA lake, fishing, boat, pedal boats in private property.
This villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms with: 2 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 180 with 3 bathrooms (sink, shower, toilet). 1 kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob 4 gas burners, 2 fridges, 1 chest freezer, 1 microwave, a toaster, 1 coffee maker and 1 electric kettle. 1 living room with sofa, LCD TV and wifi connection. 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. 1 private pool under large adjoining veranda, (kitchen and living room opening directly to the pool). The pool is heated to 29° from 29 June to 31 August. A barrier with a secure gate prevents access to the pool. 1 large panoramic terrace overlooking the water with covered barbecue, table football, table tennis, sunbathing and umbrellas and open petanque. 1 garage not closed. 1 parking on backyard access.
