The house is located on a 1 hectare sloping land. It is located above the city but very close to the city center. A parking lot is located very close to the house.
The house is ideally located to visit the cellars of Roquefort, the Templar sites, the viaduct of Millau, the abbey of Sylvanes, the Castle of Montaigut, Micropolis, the Raspes, the reptilarium of Sainte Eulalie.
You will be able to hike, bike or walk in magnificent sites or go canoeing. Climbing spots are not far away. You can also enjoy swimming at the municipal swimming pool in winter or in rivers, lakes or at the sea which is 1h30 away.
The cities of Albi and Montpellier are 1h/1h15 away. Millau is 30 minutes away.
