Single-floor apartment of 100 m² adjoining the owner's house, in the village of Pont-de-Salars, 1 km from the lake of Pont-de-Salars and ideally located for exploring Aveyron.
Your rental:
A large bright living room of 36 m² including the kitchen communicating with the living room and opening onto the garden and nature :
- equipped kitchen (pyrolytic oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso® coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment)
- living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, 102 cm flat screen TV and DVD player,
3 bedrooms with storage and wardrobe: 1 with 1 160x200 bed, 1 with 2 90x190 beds and 1 with 1 140x190 bed. Bedding equipped with 4-season duvets. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Electric heating in all rooms.
Large bathroom with walk-in shower
Laundry room with washing machine, sink area, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all cleaning equipment
Available free of charge on request : high chair and baby bed
Rental equipped with free secure wifi - private car park with 2 spaces - shared garden with the owner, unenclosed, over 800 m²
Independent arrival possible thanks to a key box.
