The "Clos des Pelies" old peasant dwelling house (outbuilding Manor Pelies), recently restored in the spirit of the place, with quality materials. It is located in an unspoilt land with old houses with slate roofs, a caring and friendly people and an obvious sweetness of life.

The "Clos" is for you if you want to discover Conques and Rouergue, pacing the high Lot valley and discover its villages, fishing, birdwatching river, boating, relax by the pool, go on Aubrac , make markets Figeac, Marcillac, Maurs, hiking from home without taking the car.

The "Clos" is located in a shady park, the river Lot which gives a beautiful light,

It is on one level, has an area of 60m² it has been restored and tastefully furnished.

It is composed :

- A living-dining room with parquet 40sqm with table, chairs, sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV and air conditioning.
- An open kitchen to the living room with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer.
- A room floored in part 17m tower with a 160x200 bed, a dressing room and an air conditioning
- A spacious and atypical bathroom of 11m², tiled terracotta of rairies, a walk-in shower with glazed terracotta, a very high ceiling and many windows reflecting the past of the building.

WIFI is available everywhere.

The flowery swimming pool 10m x 5m (salt), facing south overlooking the Lot is open all day in hight season. Pool linens are provided.

A summer kitchen with fridge and barbecue for fun and table football are available in the pool house.

A table and chairs await you in the shade of the arbor.
