At the entrance of the village, you will appreciate the comfort, the calm, the terrace and the shaded garden of this stone house. Cottage for 2 people independent and located on a private plot of 7 000 m² and close to the house owners.
The house comprises a ground floor of 30 m² with summer kitchen, washing machine, and garden furniture. One floor of 30 m²: the main room with an equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, oven, hob, fridge, etc.), flat screen TV and a sofa corner. You have a separate bedroom with a bed 140, a storage closet and access to the shower and toilet. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Little extra: Montbazens is a village with all the essential shops and the central point to visit the Aveyron known for its gastronomy and its renowned villages (Peyrusse-le-Roc, Bournazel, Belcastel, Conques, Villeneuve, Villefranche-de-Roergue, Najac, etc).

In the 19th century, a traveller arrived in Bournazel and wrote: "From the château to the lake, one doesn't know who, man or mother nature, was the architect, painter or goldsmith to create such a special, charming bucolic setting".
