DETAILED CAPACITY :
You will be hosted in a detached large house, tastefully decorated, for 12 people. Pets are allowed upon prior enquiry and agreement.
On its ground floor, the house includes a spacious entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry, a bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom and toilet.
On its first floor, you will find a big bathroom with toilet and 4 bedrooms :
• 2 large bedrooms for 2 people, with an optional bed for a 3rd person in each
• 2 double bedrooms
The house is very comfortable and convivial. The kitchen is fully equiped (dishes, towels…), with an electric oven, a cooktop, a microwave, as well as 2 coffee makers (espresso and filter), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a combined fridge-freezer in the pantry. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and a free Internet access (WiFi) in the whole house.
The house has a central wood heating.
Around the house, you will enjoy nature and quietness. The garden is shaded by trees : you can find many places to make the most of shadow or sun. Opposite the house, are located the vegetable garden and the orchard.
In front, a nice courtyard contributes to the "zen" atmosphere. In the back, you will be amazed by a wonderful panorama over the surrounding hills and valleys you can admire from the outdoor lounge, sheltered by the kiosk. You can enjoy the garden and have your meals in a friendly atmosphere in a summer dining room under a tent. Barbecue and plancha are available for good family grilling. There are also an above-floor big swimming pool, a table tennis, a table football and board games.
