The 3 star gîte "Kaltex" is for 2 people but can welcome up to 4 people.Detached house with an adjoining covered terrace. Entirely renovated by an architect in 2010, in the outbuildings of an old Aveyronnaise farm. Tastefully decorated and comprising a studio with mezzanine. Garden with terrace and private parking, shaded arbour, garden furniture, barbecue and hammock. Facing south and east, it overlooks undulating organic prairies and woods. Ethical and ecological renovation. New appliances. Heating and wood burning stove. Ground floor: living/bedroom with a quality queen-size sofa-bed, eating area, satellite TV, opening onto a very well equipped kitchen area: 4 rings, shower room, separate WC, washing machine... mezzanine (access via staircase): 2 single beds which may be put together, with 2 under-matresses, generous storage, desk, broadband internet and Wi-Fi. Baby equipment available. Linen hire and end of stay cleaning service possible on request.
