The end of the hallway leads to a 5th living-dining room, also known as the television room, with a large fireplace and fully-equipped modern kitchen overlooking the front of the park.
A large laundry room faces this lounge, with a service staircase.
The other end of the corridor gives access to a consecrated chapel and the spiral staircase leading to the upper floors and a toilet.
