The last salon is an American billiard room with a fireplace bearing on its mantle the arms of the Viscount de Toulza, also reproduced on the stained-glass windows of the entrance door.
The end of the hallway leads to a 5th living-dining room, also known as the television room, with a large fireplace and fully-equipped modern kitchen overlooking the front of the park.
A large laundry room faces this lounge, with a service staircase.
The other end of the corridor gives access to a consecrated chapel and the spiral staircase leading to the upper floors and a toilet.

Table tennis, boules, bicycles available.

The watchtower building on the left-hand side of the driveway is not available for rental, as it is independent and houses a janitor's apartment, as well as access to the vegetable garden.
The neighbouring farm is no longer part of the estate, but remains active with poultry, cows and sheep*.
In July, August and September, weekly rentals are preferred, with arrival and departure on Saturday, 5pm and 10am respectively.
