Tartinette des Aveyronnais Souyris

Blue cheese from cows and sheep, for cooking or as toast for aperitifs.

Originally from an Aveyronnais family on the Larzac plateau, Daniel Souyris, actively supported by his small family, is launching the Tartinette des Aveyronnais in Saint-Rome-de-Cernon in 2019. Located between the famous Millau Viaduct and the Roquefort cellars, this unique creation combines cow's milk and sheep's milk blue cheese, enhanced by a blend of herbs, spices and fruit. Designed for aperitifs, cooking or simply as a cheese, it is made without preservatives or colouring agents, and is carefully packaged by hand at each stage of production.

Distributed in Aveyron and Lozère in small shops.

In 2021, we will be creating flavoured salts for grilled meats (garlic, thyme, juniper, pepper, porcini mushrooms and boletus mushrooms, as well as the authentic and unique Roquefort PDO salt).

At the end of 2021, I'll be offering you the very best of Aveyron, produced in France and in the traditional way: charcuterie, cheese, drinks ..... And don't forget the Tartinette des Aveyronnais products.

Sales (Super U), (Intermarché) => St Affrique

(Spar) la Cavalerie.
