Our lambs are born and raised on the high school farm. Their mothers graze from spring to autumn, on plots of land managed in Organic Agriculture.

Our heifers born on the Aubrac, are raised after weaning, on the farm of the school in the respect of the specifications AB.

Chickpeas and lentils are cultivated in AB on the Cambon plots.

The direct sale takes place once a month, with different forms of packages.
