Sales and tasting at the "Ferme d'Ardennes" of jams with forgotten flavours: traditional fruit and little known or wild fruit, flower jams, vegetable garden flavours...
Curiosity and desire for sugar? We offer the discovery of our jams made thanks to our fruit and vegetable production using old local varieties, wild flowers and berries. Taste them at the farm (visit + tasting by appointment only from 4pm to 6pm). Meet us on the local markets in the southern Aveyron (particularly on Saturday mornings at Saint Affrique).
