Pork and fat ducks workshop: La Bastide gourmande in the region of the bastides in our Rouergue where gastronomy and tradition go together with history and culture.
La Bastide Gourmande brings together local gastronomy, tradition, culture and history. Discover our delicious duck specialities: foie gras, confits, stuffed neck, as well as our pork charcuterie products like cured hams and sausages, all from free range animals on our own farms, lovingly created with skill and in accordance with family tradition.
