We breed sheep and we elaborate ourselves some of the sheep milk production which are fed in accordance to the specifications of organic farming.
From January to August, we have for sale plain yoghurt or yoghurt with marmalade, soft curd, fresh cheese, curd cheese (or brousse) and almost all year round, ripened tome (depending on availability)
