If you want to go running, walking or riding your bike, you've just found the perfect place.

Enjoy a family stroll on an easy, shady trail that has been set up on the former railway track (by foot, by bike, with your baby in a pushchair, with a wheelchair if you need it).

Starting from Saint-Affrique, the trail provides a safe and pleasant link from Saint-Jean dAlcapiès to Vabres l'Abbaye via Saint-Affrique and allows for a calm leisurely walk throughout the beautiful landscape of the southern Aveyron countryside. During 2018, an extension of the trail will allow the connection with Saint-Izaire.

Several picnic tables are set up at town exits towards Vabres l'Abbaye and towards Saint-Jean d'Alcapiès.Then outdoor fitness equipments are made available to the public, allowing people to enjoy approximately ten physical activities suitable for all levels of ability. These sport amenities are set on the green lane, opposite the municipal stadium.
