Spectacular and full of surprises — these mysterious underground spaces remain some of the last unexplored frontiers on Earth. The Grands Causses region alone counts more than 2,000 known caves… and who knows how many are still waiting to be found?
The activity is accessible to everyone, from beginners to experts, with several levels available to match your expectations.
Explore the heart of the Earth by walking through vast galleries, discovering underground lakes, and admiring unique rock formations — all in comfortable conditions.
You’ll be fully equipped with a caving suit, boots, and a headlamp — just follow your guide.
Minimum age: 8 years old for the discovery trip, 11 years old for the sportier one.
A short walk may be required to reach the cave entrance.
Duration: between 3 and 6 hours, depending on the site.
