Fishing in Aveyron
The fishing school of the AAPPMA Lou Saltabouc opened its spaces around the lake of Ribatel, a shaded and secure location. It welcomes young people from 7 to 12, who hold 'discovery' permits and who pay 1 euro per session and are authorised to take three trouts, instructed by André Friedmann, Elian Vieillescazes and Philippe Caullier who provide the bait and the suitable equipment.
In an agreeable setting, the Truel leisure base offers diverse water and leisure activities: heated open air swimming pool with snack bar, boat hire, volley ball court, tennis court, pétanque area, boat slipway...
Pontoon on the river Lot, with room for 4 seats and 2 adjacent parking spaces to the fishing spot, as well as a picnic table. Access is free and priority is given to disabled persons. Family fishing route and canoe-kayak base on the same site.
For a few years now, Vabres has made available a Family fishing course exclusively reserved for children under 16 years of age, allowing them to enjoy fishing on a dedicated section, whether or not accompanied by an adult.
