Fishing enthusiast? This page was made for you: advice, installed locations, equipment hire, professional guide, news, training courses,... The valley of the Lot, around Saint-Geniez, has a justified high reputation in the fisheries world. The municipality, the professionals and the local AAPPMA develop that nature activity to offer you exceptional whitewater and lake trips.
The fishing school of the AAPPMA Lou Saltabouc opened its spaces around the lake of Ribatel, a shaded and secure location. It welcomes young people from 7 to 12, who hold 'discovery' permits and who pay 1 euro per session and are authorised to take three trouts, instructed by André Friedmann, Elian Vieillescazes and Philippe Caullier who provide the bait and the suitable equipment.
Open to all in the centre of the Aubrac, this site welcomes you alone or with family, experienced or novice angler. Shaded space, picnic tables, great biodiversity and idyllic surroundings guaranteed.
