Le Saloir

The Saloir is a center of resources, research and development of the heritage of Roquefort.

Inhabitants, professionals of the sector, visitors, researchers, students, volunteers can find many resources, from archives to objects, including oral testimonies and iconographic documents.

Le Saloir's mission is to make inventories of these various collections and to promote them through various actions, notably exhibitions, visits and cultural events.
