Book now for a guided tour along The Explorers' Path, a must-see for reliving the construction and understanding how this exceptional structure operates.

The Eiffage guide will take your group along what used to be a building-site access road. Visitors can relive the construction of The Millau Viaduct with a deck cross-section, a section of one of the temporary piers and a cable-stay attachment along this 400-metre walk.

The hydraulic conveyors then spring into action for a unique demonstration. During construction, they were used to push out the deck from one pier to the next, and are still in working order today.

The highlight of the tour: your group gets to visit the private panoramic viewing gallery beneath the deck – for a uniquely close-up viewpoint of the Viaduct!
