Site visit with video presenting the restauration of the mill, demonstration of the function and frame, flour production. Explanations on the maintenance and tapping of the grindstones. Exhibition on the surrounding fauna and flora with botanic path of 2 km. Presentation of the function of a pico-central hydraulic producing electricity.
