In Quiers, no noise, no stress, only rest, tranquillity, gastronomy and pleasure. Personal, family and refined cooking, that mixes intuition and sensitivity.
A mix of natural and aromatic savours, cooking with wild herbs. The menus that always start with a rustic salad with onion confit, then a feuillete au Roquefort or depending on the season a 'farcun' with herbs, or 'pascadou', cherry tomato clafoutis, followed by a good farm chicken, a navarin or lamb blanquette or gigot. A nice cheese board: Roquefort, ewe's tome, bleu des causses and cantal, and to round the meal off a nice cherry clafoutis or homemade sorbets. Only accessible by mini bus or passenger car (no tourist coaches).
