Saint-Affrique
BHV is an ideal stopover for a group lunch break or dinner: families, groups of friends, athletes, companies, clubs and associations will enjoy traditional cuisine with the good taste of the Aveyron in a quiet, warm and spacious setting !
Open since July 2021, the Brasserie de l'Hôtel de Ville in Saint-Affrique, BHV: A new friendly and welcoming place with a spacious and peaceful terrace located on the pedestrian square of the town hall in Saint-Affrique.BHV features two private rooms available for group bookings, offering a total capacity of 56 seated guests (wheelchair accessible), not including the outdoor terrace.
The establishment, with its industrial decor and exposed stone walls, is open in SPRING from Monday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime, as well as every evening except Sunday night. BHV also welcomes you during the day for a coffee, a snack, dinner, or simply for a drink with colleagues or friends in an "After Work" atmosphere, with "Happy Hour" events on select evenings.
BHV offers daily set menus and a streamlined à la carte menu that guarantees freshness. Dishes include the chef’s daily suggestion, the famous Aveyron-style aligot sausage, duck breast, grilled lamb sweetbreads, fish, a variety of hearty salads, or the new BHV Black Burger made with Aveyron beef or a vegan option, served with homemade fries.
Roquefort (the King of Cheeses) and its 7 historic producers are also a must-try at BHV: tastings are available upon reservation! Every day, new homemade desserts, traditional spit cake rings (a local specialty), or artisanal ice creams will round off your meal beautifully.
A fine drinks menu is available, featuring alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wines, and a wide selection of classic and especially local beverages, including organic lemonades, sodas and fruit juices from Aveyron, and farmhouse beers such as La Caussenarde or the new MonoTrace. The owner, Sébastien, a passionate local at heart, is committed to prioritizing Aveyron products, with most ingredients sourced from nearby businesses.
Special menus—classic or sporty—are also available on request for end-of-year meals or sports events.
A new spot to check out while exploring Saint-Affrique: BHV… You’re sure to spot Sébastien in his brasserie owner outfit, along with his cheerful team!
