Visit the company Raynal and Roquelaure, enter the world of canned ready meals and discover 145 year-old know-how!Raynal and Roquelaure, one of the flagships of the food industry in France shares its expertise in canning and the production secrets of its products with the public since June 2011. Its history is closely linked to the arrival of the railways in our region. Raynal and Roquelaure, restaurant owners above all proved themselves at the buffet of the station of Capdenac. They had the revolutionary idea, more than 140 years ago, to can their delicious meals. The company today sells more than 90 different recipes, under the brandnames of Raynal et Roquelaure and Zapetti. The visit will allow you to discover famous know-how through the various production stages of the recipes and thus obtain the keys of success of that company where tradition and modernism rule. On request from the Office de Tourisme.Duration of the visit: approx. 2 hours - Capacity: 50 persons maximum (approx. 25 persons by guide for reasons of comfort and safety) Two guides will be mobilised depending on the number of persons. Departure 10 minutes later for the second group.
