The auberge Saint-Rome situated in the small picturesque village of Saint-Rome de Tarn welcomes you in all seasons. All that in a friendly atmosphere, the goal being to leave enriched by a typically Aveyronnais experience (numerous specialities, bar with terrace in the heart of the village, concerts, themed evenings, cocktails, numerous beers and wine by the glass). Regional produce are honoured by the menu, the meat is principally from the Aveyron.
